The name Institute of Medical and Minimal Access Surgery Training (IMMAST), along with its logo, branding elements and all associated visual, textual, and digital content, are the exclusive intellectual property of IMMAST and are protected under Trade Marks Act, 1999 and are granted statutory protection under the said Act. 

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, or misrepresentation of IMMAST’s name, logo, images, course materials, website content, or any other proprietary assets—including the use of similar or deceptively similar names, marks, or branding elements—is strictly prohibited. Such actions constitute infringement and may also amount to passing off, unfair competition, and misrepresentation. 

IMMAST reserves all rights to initiate appropriate legal proceedings, including civil and/or criminal action, against any individual or entity found to be in violation of these protections.

We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights to safeguard the integrity of our institution and to prevent confusion within the medical and academic community.
